Job SummaryYou will serve as a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Force Training (N7) of COMNAVSURFPAC.

QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing and evaluating naval manpower and personnel training programs for efficacy, development, or reform. Major DutiesYou will be responsible for the communication, coordination and integration of the Career Training Continuum (CTC) program.You will liaise with Fleet personnel to restructure current curricula so relevant training is delivered.You will coordinate and direct all aspects of the CTC program to Type Commander via N7 leadership.You will collect information and create integrated transition status briefs.You will establish milestones and analyze issues, monitor project scope, requirements and schedules, and provide reoccurring status briefs.You will monitor and report on the efficacy of modernizing training in the fleet.
