QualificationsYour resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalency) pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and executing complex repairs on all classes of in-service submarines. Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.

Major DutiesYou will develop and implement overall program requirements based on new or revised legislation.You will analyze and evaluate effectiveness of program requirements throughout the lifecycle.You will conduct thorough analyses to ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and policy requirements.You will be responsible for developing and maintaining acquisition documentation, coordinating with various stakeholders, and providing expert advice on acquisition strategies to optimize program outcomes.You will direct and evaluate complex studies and develop new methods and procedures to measure program results, and effectiveness.You will recommend course of action to senior stakeholders.You will utilize your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.You will present findings, recommendations, and status updates to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.You will attend high level meetings as a senior authoritative representative of programs.You will provide a wide range of substantive oral and written presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders.You will build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders will be crucial to facilitate smooth program execution and to drive continuous improvement in acquisition processes.You will foster a collaborative environment will contribute to the overall success of the submarine acquisition program.
