• Operating manufacturing equipment and production machinery • Loading materials and components into the production process • Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards • Following detailed work instructions and production procedures • Using hand tools and measuring devices • Assisting with assembly, finishing, and packaging activities • Recording production information accurately • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace • Supporting daily production goals as part of a collaborative team No Experience? • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, construction, assembly, or production environments (preferred, not required) • Strong attention to detail • Ability to follow written instructions and procedures • A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic • Ability to stand for extended periods • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Aurora, CO. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
