Mitsubishi UFJ Investor Services and Banking (Luxembourg) S.A. MIBL provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking-related services. MIBL now has an opening in its Custody & Banking Services Department for an: Senior Account Manager (Ref.: CBSD - SAM 0127) Job description: Under the supervision of your hierarchical line, you are in charge of all matters that are in the department competences. 1. Operating as the lead point of contact for given clients; 2. Building and maintaining strong, long lasting client relationship; 3. Oversee client account, which includes but not limited to: o Organize recurrent meeting with clients (including temperature checks) o Be the main contact point for new product, markets, new account opening, LEI renewal, RMA, various account setup on existing client o Negotiate on existing fee schedules o Organize and assist a client in the due diligence o Create client notifications o Manage overdrafts on client accounts o Review Legal documents (i.e. prospectus, contract) o Coordinate the migration out of a client o Create client related KPIs o When required, organise, attend or delegate presentations/demonstrations to prospects and existing clients (e.g. on features of CustodyConnect Webportal, Custody discussions and its technical aspects such as SWIFT etc, Service reviews, etc.); 4. Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes; 5. Co-working with several MUFG entities (including but not limited to, sales and sales support representatives and custody operations). Co-ordinate with staffs to upgrade presentation materials and better client approaching; 6. Understanding of the business and client needs; 7. Participate to projects and initiatives to help contribute to the enhancement of processes and to the improvement of overall Bank processes; 8. Maintain proper communication with external counterparts as well as other internal departments (Compliance department, Operations, Legal). Your profile: • More than 5 years' experience in Custody Industry; • Good knowledge of the Investor Services (financial product, custody and fund operations, market trends, regulations, etc.); • Strong communicational skills with clients and related parties; • Deep knowledge on the business of MUFG group; • Fluent in Japanese and strong English language skill both in writing and speaking (native level Japanese skills are mandatory).
