MIBL now has an opening in its Chief Information Office Department for a: Digital Transformation Analyst - (M/F) (Ref: MIBL_CIO_08/2026) Primary day to day responsibilities (including but not limited to): Under the supervision of your hierarchical line, you are in charge of all matters that are in the function competences. • Perform oversight or operations regarding processing of data streams and generation of required reports for specific business processes in a correct and timely manner; • Coordinate tasks within the section to ensure correct and timely completion of tasks and reporting; • Being available to take on additional tasks within the Department as requested by Supervisors; • Assist and train if necessary other members of the team to ensure that client and legal expectations are met; . • Assist and train if necessary other members of the team to ensure that client and legal expectations are met; • Participating in projects or enhancements requiring reporting knowledge; • Update and improve the internal working procedures, participate in Bank-wide change initiatives related to processing of data flows and report generation; • Ensuring that controls and risk mitigation procedures and practices are effective and up to date; • Maintain good service towards the bank's clients and answer promptly any request. 3. Specific knowledge & skills • Knowledge regarding areas covered in the section; • Knowledge regarding tools used within the section; • Process analysis and design skills; • Liaising with other departments and counterparts to ensure that client expectations are met; • Escalating issues to Head of Department and head of section in a timely manner. 4. MIBL know-how • Good analytical and organizational skills; • Good communicational skills; • Good knowledge of English (all other language is an asset); • Good knowledge of PC handling; • Discretion efficiency & initiative.
