About this role
You are responsible for the daily cleaning & maintenance of our food stand in Wolf Food market Antwerp. Clean and maintain the floor, walls, counters and other surfaces of the kiosk. Clean and maintain all kitchen equipment, including the fryer, BBQ, shelves, fridges, sink and other equipment. Wash and clean dishes, kitchen utensils, gastro containers and other kitchen equipment and store them correctly. Clean and maintain the fridges and storage areas. Keep the kiosk clean, tidy and hygienic at all times. Follow all applicable hygiene and food safety regulations. Use cleaning products and chemicals correctly and according to instructions. Keep the cleaning equipment clean and in good condition. Carry out deeper cleaning tasks when required, such as cleaning the hood, inside of the fridegs... Fill in any required cleaning and hygiene documentation. Minimum 2-year experience as a cleaner; experience with cleaning in restaurants is a plus. A good eye for detail and a good standard to hygiene. Able to work independently. Punctual and reliable.
