As a Customer Advisor in our Liège-based team, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency. You’ll interact with international clients through various channels – calls, emails, and chat – providing accurate, friendly, and timely support. You will support Satellic customers through different communication channels and provide professional, efficient assistance regarding their requests and issues: handling calls, emails, and chats related to the road toll for freight vehicles in Belgium and, in the future, other projects such as Monizze, Arrive, Fain and verification of on-board documents via the CRM system. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written Successful completion of an English language assessment Strong communication and customer service skills Good computer literacy and ability to learn new systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment Fluency in one or more of the following language combinations: Dutch + English, German + English, German + English + French, or German + English + Dutch Trilingual candidates are highly valued Additional language skills may qualify for a language bonus Upper secondary education completed 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field Availability for rotating shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (potential for homeworking) Full-time availability
