About this role
We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman/Handywoman to join our team on a *contract basis*. This is an *on-demand position*, with work assigned as jobs become available. Compensation is *paid per job, not by the hour*.
This role will start as *part-time*, with the potential to grow into *full-time work* as job volume increases.
*Qualifications & Experience:*
* Experience assessing and quoting jobs is a strong asset * Drywall patching, mudding, sanding, and taping * Interior and exterior painting * Basic carpentry and general repairs * Basic plumbing and electrical work * Flooring installation and repairs * Tile installation and repairs * Ability to complete a variety of maintenance and renovation tasks
We're looking for a true *jack-of-all-trades* who takes pride in quality workmanship, works independently, and provides excellent customer service.

* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Own basic tools * Ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
