*Launch and Build a New Home Services Business*
iHandyMan is preparing to launch its Calgary locations and is seeking a motivated General Manager to lead the startup and growth of the business.
This is a unique opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who wants to build something from the ground up without taking on the financial investment and risk of business ownership.
This is not a corporate management role. The successful candidate will be involved in every aspect of the business, from completing service work and quoting jobs to building referral partnerships, recruiting contractors, and driving growth in the local market.

*What You'll Do*
* Perform residential and commercial handyman services * Meet with prospective customers and prepare job estimates * Develop relationships with property managers, realtors, businesses, and referral partners * Generate new business opportunities within the Calgary market * Recruit, onboard, and manage subcontractors * Coordinate scheduling and project execution * Ensure customer satisfaction and quality workmanship * Develop and improve operational processes as the business grows * Lead the growth of the location from launch onward
*What We're Looking For*
* Experience in construction, maintenance, handyman services, renovation, or a related field * Strong customer service and communication skills * Ability to quote and scope projects * Leadership and team-building abilities * Self-motivated and comfortable working independently * Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to grow a business * Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
*Compensation*
*This is a commission-only position.*
Compensation is tied directly to the revenue and performance of the Calgary operations. This role is best suited for individuals who are motivated by growth, performance, and the opportunity to build a successful local business.

Pay: $44,204.62-$112,276.42 per year
