About this role
We're looking for a commercially minded Director, Agency Business Operations to partner with our Agency leadership team and drive operational excellence across the business.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on improving performance, simplifying processes, leveraging technology and turning data into actionable insights. Working closely with senior leaders nationally, you'll identify opportunities to increase productivity, enhance client service delivery and support revenue and EBITDA growth.
What you'll be doing
Partnering with Agency leaders to drive business performance, productivity and profitabilityLeading operational improvement initiatives across multiple service linesChampioning technology adoption, automation and AI-enabled ways of workingDeveloping data-driven insights, dashboards and reporting to support decision makingStandardising processes and creating scalable support models across the businessLeading strategic projects, business transformation initiatives and change programs What we're looking for
Proven experience in operations, business improvement, transformation or performance managementStrong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse and interpret business metricsExperience driving process improvement, technology adoption and operational changeExceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadersA proactive problem-solver who enjoys identifying opportunities and delivering resultsWhy join us?
