As part of our Canberra team, you'll play a key role in managing and enhancing asset performance, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service across a range of commercial properties.
What you'll do
Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:
Supporting the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolioBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and key stakeholdersEnsuring assets are maintained to a high standard and remain compliant with relevant legislation and regulationsAssisting with leasing activity and supporting strategies to minimise vacancy across the portfolioPreparing reports, budgets, reconciliations, contracts and other property-related documentationMonitoring property income and expenditure and supporting financial reporting requirementsCoordinating maintenance works and tenancy fit-outsProviding proactive advice and support to clients and tenantsIdentifying opportunities to improve asset performance and tenant satisfaction We're interested in hearing from candidates with a range of experience levels who are looking to build a rewarding career in commercial property.
You will bring:
Experience in commercial, industrial, retail or residential property management, property administration, facilities management, or a related property disciplineStrong communication and relationship-building skillsA proactive and client-focused approachExcellent organisation and time management skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomouslyA keen interest in commercial property and asset performanceA Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence, or willingness to obtain the relevant licenceExperience using MRI or similar property management systems (desirable)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel We foster an environment in which everyone at Colliers feels respected and comfortable bringing their authentic selves to do their best work.
