About this role

Providing essential support to our Project Leads, Project Supervisors and other associated departments, this role is integral to the continued growth within our projects division.

Key Duties:

Review, adapt, and implement the Sodexo Project Management Framework and associated processes to facilitate the successful delivery of projects by the Sodexo Projects teamImplement processes to facilitate planning, estimating, and proactive management of project and program level costs and schedulesDevelop and implement standardised Project Management reporting templates and processes, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders as requiredDevelop and deliver training workshops on the use of the Project Management Framework and associated processes and systemsSupport the Senior Project Lead and Senior Program Manager with resource planning and scheduling, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources across the portfolioContribute to an overall improvement in safety performance and showcase a zero-accident culture and mindsetThis is a temporary, full-time role based out of our office in Balcatta. Degree qualified – Project Management or Business Administration – preferred but not essentialExpert in Microsoft Word and ExcelExperience in Project Management Systems e.g. Microsoft Projects, Dynamics 365 or similarDemonstrated experience in reviewing and successfully refining and implementing workflows, processes, and systemsAbility to influence users at all levels to adapt proposed changes in systems and processesExperience in coaching, mentoring, and delivery of training in systems and processesStrong work ethics and an understanding of corporate requirements and processesStrong professional business acumenHigh level of presentation and communication skills with the ability to professionally negotiate and achieve positive outcomes
