Salary: £56,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements: Strong hands-on Data Engineering experience.Advanced Python and SQL skills.Experience building and maintaining data pipelines.Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and methodologies.Experience working with cloud-based data platforms.Knowledge of data modelling, transformation and data quality principles.Ability to work effectively within Agile, multidisciplinary delivery teams.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Active SC Clearance required. Responsibilities: Design, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines.Build and optimise ETL/ELT processes.Develop data integration solutions using Python and SQL.Ensure data quality, integrity and reliability across platforms.Support data modelling and transformation activities.Collaborate with engineers, architects, analysts and stakeholders to deliver client outcomes.Take ownership of defined work packages and deliver them independently. This is a permanent or contract opportunity based in the UK, with hybrid or remote working depending on project requirements. The salary is £45,000 - £65,000, or a day rate of £350 inside IR35 depending on experience. This role is suited to hands-on engineers who enjoy solving complex data challenges and delivering high-quality solutions in fast-paced environments.
