Salary: £56,000 - 85,000 per year
Requirements: Strong commercial experience in software testing and quality assurance.Proven experience with functional testing, integration testing, system testing, and regression testing.Experience creating and executing detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks.Strong API testing experience.Scripting experience for test automation and validation activities.Experience working within Agile delivery teams.Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Exposure to cloud-based environments.Knowledge of performance or non-functional testing.Relevant testing certifications such as ISTQB or equivalent. Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing across complex software solutions.Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.Support the implementation and maintenance of test automation frameworks and automated test suites.Conduct API testing to validate system integrations and service functionality.Create and maintain test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives.Promote quality assurance best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
