We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy Head of Healthcare to join our Healthcare team at HMP Thameside, a category B Prison located in London.

HMP Thameside is a category B remand prison based in London with a capacity for 1232 inmates. We are recruiting a Deputy Head of Healthcare to support the Head of Healthcare in the daily running of the prison.

Hours

Monday - Friday

0800 - 1600 Salary

This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £70,000 per annum.

Main duties of the job

As a Deputy Head of Healthcare, your responsibilities will vary. You will

Provide outstanding evidence based care to our patients by seeking out, listening to and acting on feedback so that patient engagement is at the centre of service delivery. Provide day to day operational service delivery and data which has integrity, in a timely manner to meet commissioner expectations. Deliver non-judgemental, compassionate care within the financial framework that is safe, high quality and in line with CQC requirements. This will be achieved through adherence to policies and procedures and compliance with statutory responsibilities whilst driving excellence. Inspire trust and excellence in your people by pro-actively leading the service and motivating the team, recognising that our workforce is our most valuable asset. Key stakeholders will be assured knowing we provide a service that people can trust, feel safe within and feel proud of.
