Job Location: Guymon, OK Job Type: Full Time Shift Available: 2nd Compensation: Starting at $25.00 /hr Job Overview The Industrial Maintenance Technician I supports plant operations by performing basic maintenance and repair tasks on production and facility equipment while following safety and maintenance standards. This role focuses on learning maintenance skills, completing routine work, and supporting more experienced technicians with frequent guidance What You Will Do Perform preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance tasks on production and facility equipment with guidance. Use basic hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to complete assigned work safely. Assist with troubleshooting mechanical or electrical issues and escalate complex problems as needed. Read and follow basic work instructions, schematics, manuals, and maintenance procedures. Document completed work, findings, and parts usage in maintenance computer systems. Follow safety, lockout/tagout, and housekeeping standards to maintain a safe work environment. Work flexible schedules including overtime, weekends, holidays, or rotating shifts with advance notice. Perform other duties as assigned What You Will Need Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship. Must be 18 years or older. Ability to understand and communicate basic maintenance instructions in English(verbal/written). Basic experience or exposure in at least one maintenance trade or component, such as mechanical, electrical, lubrication, or welding. Ability to work indoors/outdoors environments (heat, cold, dust, and noise) while performing physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, bending, twisting, and working at heights (4 feet and above), with or without reasonable accommodation. What Will Put You Ahead Prior experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment. Exposure to basic maintenance tasks such as lubrication, inspections, or parts replacement. Familiarity with basic hand tools or power tools.
