• Responds to computer system related support calls, handling or escalating in a timely manner $20.00 per hour

• Respond to computer system related request tickets; ensure all requests are handled or escalated in a timely manner • Monitor system performance and report issues as necessary • Complete all assigned shift tasks, including completion of scheduled jobs, documenting completion of tasks and completing turnover logs • Provide support for all systems, including software and hardware for all platforms, troubleshooting tasks and communicating to IT staff or service vendors • Maintain procedures and documentation for the equipment located in the data center • Locate and replace equipment malfunctions as required; complete appropriate paperwork for repair • Participate in the process to load code to the production environment • Ensure the computer room is maintained in a clean and orderly condition • Maintain the confidential nature of matters pertaining to company records, policies and customer lists

Associate’s or technical degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. Prior experience in iSeries and pSeries platforms preferred. Additional Requirements: • Basic analytical and problem solving skills • Strong communication and customer service skills NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
