Increases gaming revenues and profits by developing designated customer segments through increased visitation and play consolidation. Creates loyalty to Caesars Entertainment among valued gaming customers by building lasting relationships and effectively utilizing marketing techniques. Responsible for ensuring that casino guests enjoy a favorable gaming and leisure experience, authorizing complimentaries in accordance with guidelines and acting on behalf of premium, casino guests to secure reservations, tickets, transportation and other items casino guests may require.
Responsible for; disseminating information from a variety of sources to the host staff, conferring with the host staff regarding problem resolutions and credit decisions and authorizing airfare reimbursement in amounts above casino host limits; additional responsibilities include: telemarketing, filling slot special events, providing casino floor coverage, ensuring casino guests are serviced properly and enjoy their experience, and securing reservations for tickets, transportation and other items guest may require; will be active in prospecting for new casino business; will be proficient in analyzing and evaluating slot and table games play; will be proficient in casino credit evaluation and administration; will have strong slot database or strong slot following; interact with casino operations personnel to identify and establish relationships with previously unsolicited customers and affiliate these customers to Caesars Entertainment; provide personalized service to casino guests by arranging future trips and needs while in-house; make prudent complimentary and credit decisions in accordance with guidelines; settle customer billing and credit disputes; participate in Casino Marketing special events; authorize casino credit up to $50,000 and authorize airfare reimbursement up to $5,000; act as ambassadors of the property; apply effective telemarketing skills; assist the collection department as required; assist casino host staff with customer problem resolutions.
• College degree in Marketing, Hotel or Business preferred Must have a minimum of 2 years Casino Host, Slot Host or VIP Services experience in a major gaming operation, preferably in Las Vegas.
• Must have proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service.
• Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication, team-building and problem-solving skills.
• Must be willing to work any shift when necessary.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must present a well-groomed, professional appearance.
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to continuously maneuver around office. Must be able to move quickly around property. Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk. Responds to visual and aural cues. Must be able to work independently and proven to be self-motivated. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment. Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest’s needs. Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke.
