This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential to delivering the consistent quality our property is known for.
• Prepare and cook dishes according to company recipes and standards for multiple dining outlets • Master a variety of cooking techniques, including deep frying, broiling, steaming, sautéing, and oven work • Plate and garnish food for individual orders, banquets, and large‑scale functions • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of your station, equipment, and storage areas • Assist teammates and complete prep work to support the next shift • Transport ingredients and supplies as needed to keep kitchen operations running smoothly • Uphold Caesars Entertainment’s Family‑Style Service with every dish and interaction
• 3–6 months of experience in a similar kitchen, hotel, or casino environment • Comfortable using kitchen tools such as knives, mixers, steamers, and braziers • Ability to follow cooking sequences, timing, and production standards • Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management skills Requirements
