Job Title: Blender Helper Swing Shift (Must be open to all shifts) $22/hrJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Blender Helper for the Swing Shift Spray Dry operation. This role involves preparing formulas and mixing ingredients into kettles to transform liquids into powder. You will ensure product quality meets customer satisfaction, assist in operating spray dryers and liquid reactors, and manage the transfer and setup of materials and equipment. Additionally, you will be responsible for filling out batch sheets.Responsibilities
• Prepare formulas for blending. • Mix ingredients into kettles for liquid to powder conversion. • Ensure product quality aligns with customer satisfaction. • Assist with operating spray dryers and liquid reactors. • Transfer materials and set up equipment. • Complete batch sheets accurately. Essential Skills
• Experience in batch mixing and filling out batch sheets. • Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience. • Packaging experience within the food industry. • Comfortable working with various spices and smells. Additional Skills & Qualifications

The environment adheres to GMP standards, with all Personal Protective Equipment provided. The facility focuses on creating customized meat and savory flavors, utilizing hydrolyzed vegetable proteins in dry, paste, or liquid forms. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chicago, IL. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.98 - $24.98/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
