Main duties of the job Join our care home team as a Care Assistant, where you'll make a real difference in residents lives and build a rewarding career in care. No experience is necessary, and all you need is compassion and the right to work in the UK. Agincare will provide fully funded training and excellent career development opportunities. You'll receive up to £12.91 per hour, with 36 hours per week including alternating weekends. Benefits include Blue Light Card discounts, a company pension scheme, and a Refer-a-Friend scheme.
