Ensuring accountability by managing safeguarding concerns, incidents, and complaints is also a significant part of the role. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Registered Manager, strong understanding of the adult social care sector, and proven leadership and management experience.

Strong understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements. Proven leadership and management experience with the ability to effectively oversee a service, recruit and maintain a staff team. Excellent communication, organisational, and decision-making skills. A flexible approach to working hours to meet the needs of the service. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Previous experience as a Registered Manager, understanding of the adult social care sector and relevant regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements, proven leadership and management experience, excellent communication, organisational and decision-making skills, valid UK driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle.
