Main duties of the job Join Elizabeth Court as a Support Worker where you can make a difference by helping individuals with learning disabilities live independently. Days are varied, involving everything from personal care to community outings based on individual interests. You will work in a supportive environment, focusing on person-centred care and building long-term relationships. Essential qualities include patience, a caring approach, and teamwork, with previous experience preferred but not required. Candidates must have at least 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK.
