Main duties of the job As a Home Care Assistant, you will work in Bristol to make a real difference and build a rewarding career in care. This role involves helping others live with dignity and joy, especially in their own home. Whether it's sharing a cup of tea and a good chat, helping with daily routines and personal care, or being the friendly face that brightens a client's morning, you give more than care, you give connection.
