Main duties of the job As a Home Care Assistant, you will work in Bristol to make a real difference and build a rewarding career in care. This role involves helping others live with dignity and joy, especially in their own home. Whether it's sharing a cup of tea and a good chat, helping with daily routines and personal care, or being the friendly face that brightens a client's morning, you give more than care, you give connection. The position is restricted to female applicants due to it involving personal care for women to preserve their dignity and privacy, as stated under the Equality Act 2010.
