Main duties of the job We are looking for support workers to join our amazing team at Furlong Close- Rowde in Devizes. The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health, and complex needs, helping them to achieve positive, person-centred outcomes. The service supports up to 38 people living across seven bungalows and focuses on enabling people to live as independently as possible. Our package includes a salary of £13.20 per hour, a refer-a-friend scheme, outstanding career development, fully funded training, a Blue Light card discount package, a company pension scheme, and various contract options. Applicants need a minimum of 12 months remaining on their right to work in the UK. Responsibilities include encouraging community participation, supporting daily activities, effective communication, and recording and reporting changes in service users' health or circumstances. Encouraging people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, to encourage independence.

Supporting Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.

Communicating -effectively communicate using peoples chosen methods

Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life

Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches

Recording -keeping accurate records & reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management
