Job summary As a Care Assistant at Jewish Care, you will provide compassionate, person-centred support to residents, helping them with daily living, personal care, mealtimes, activities and wellbeing. You will build positive relationships with residents and their families, getting to know each person as an individual and supporting their choices, independence, dignity and quality of life. Working as part of a supportive care team, you will help create a safe, welcoming environment where residents feel valued, respected and cared for. Main duties of the job If you are kind, patient and compassionate and want a role where you can make a real difference every day, we would love to hear from you. As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their daily routines, personal care, meals, activities and emotional wellbeing, while encouraging independence and choice. You will have the opportunity to build genuine relationships, provide companionship and bring comfort and positivity to the people you support. Previous care experience is welcome but not essential, as full training and ongoing support are provided. We are looking for reliable team players who listen well, have a positive attitude, are willing to learn and are committed to providing high-quality, respectful care.

Our multi-award-winning organisation is looking to recruit a Care Assistant (Days) to join our Care team on a 1 year fixed term contract.

As a Care Assistant, youll support residents with daily living, from personal care to mealtimes and activities, always taking a person-centred approach. Youll get to know each resident as an individualwhat matters to them, what makes them smileand tailor your support to help them live well.
No two days are the same, but every day is meaningful.

Working pattern
12-hour shifts (8am8pm), including some weekends
