As a Student Assistant (m/f/d) Customer Service Specialist at our headquarters, you will: Provide dedicated and attentive support to our customers via phone and written communication, contributing to an outstanding shopping experience. Process returns and customer complaints carefully and independently find solutions within your area of responsibility. Use your strong customer service mindset and communication skills to attract customers to our loyalty program. Preferred Profile Enrolled at a university for at least one more year. Confident user of MS Office with excellent written and spoken German and English skills. Enjoy working with customers and colleagues, combined with a natural service-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.
