BAR STAFF - AD HOC SHIFTS
Newstaff MK Hospitality Team is looking for reliable, hardworking and well-presented Bar Staff to join our team for ad hoc shifts, Monday to Sunday.
PAY £12.71 per hour
SHIFT TIMES Ad hoc shifts available Monday to SundayShift times to vary depending on the event We are looking for people who genuinely want to work and are able to accept flexible shifts when offered THE ROLE You will be working in hospitality environments serving members of the general public. Your duties may include:
Serving beers, wines and other alcoholic drinksServing soft drinksServing customers from behind the barProviding table serviceTaking customer ordersMaintaining excellent customer service at all timesKeeping the bar and service areas clean and tidyCreating a friendly, professional and welcoming experience for customers There is no cash handling involved. All payments are made by credit/debit card.

Are 18 years of age or overHave excellent customer service skillsAre friendly, polite and confident when dealing with the publicAre very well presented at all timesHave a positive attitude and are willing to workAre reliable and punctualCan work well as part of a teamUnderstand the importance of maintaining a professional appearance and high standards of serviceAre available to work ad hoc shifts across Monday to Sunday Previous bar or hospitality experience is an advantage, but the most important things are the right attitude, reliability, presentation and excellent customer service.
UNIFORM You must have:
Black trousersLong-sleeve white shirtAll-black shoes or trainersBlack or navy jacket/jumper if requiredNo visible logos on jackets or jumpers If you are reliable, well presented, customer-focused and genuinely want to work, we would like to hear from you.
