Your Role:
We are looking for a Patient Services Coordinator - Homecare to join our Customer Care team on a fixed term basis until April 2027 to cover maternity leave in Sheffield.
In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting patients, healthcare professionals, and internal teams by coordinating homecare services and ensuring a high standard of customer care is delivered at all times.You’ll act as a key point of contact, managing patient services efficiently, accurately, and in line with company procedures and service level agreements.
Working hours: Onsite, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday
Location: Thorncliffe Park, Sheffield, S35 2PW – located just off Junction 35A of the M1. We offer free car parking.
Your main responsibilities:
Respond to patient and customer enquiries professionally, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and sensitivelyCoordinate and manage homecare patient services, acting as a central point of contact for patients, clinicians, and internal stakeholdersProcess and maintain accurate patient and service records in line with company procedures.Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of homecare servicesSupport the Homecare Team Leader and wider team with administrative and operational tasks as required
What you need to succeed:
Strong administrative and coordination skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracyExcellent communication skills and a friendly, professional telephone mannerConfidence working independently as well as part of a collaborative teamGood IT skills with the ability to learn systems and processes quicklyA patient-focused approach with strong organisational and problem-solving skills
