At TE, you will unleash your potential working with people from diverse backgrounds and industries to create a safer, sustainable and more connected world. 工作概况 Take responsibility for daily process management.负责日常工艺流程管理。 职位要求 Budget planning and monitoring. 预算规划和监测； Daily process monitoring. 日常过程监控； Trouble shooting for plating process. 电镀工艺故障排除； According the related product drawing to define plating products work instruction, such as plating current, line speed, package and so on. 根据相关产品图纸确定电镀产品的工作指令，如电镀电流、线速度、包装等； Coordinate with maintenance engineer to adjust the plating jigs and tools. 配合维修工程师调整电镀夹具和工具； Maintain and improve processes capability to reduce the plating risk, defect analysis and problem solving. 维护和改进工艺能力，以降低电镀风险、缺陷分析和问题解决； Work with quality team to solve customer complaint, and implement internal audit with QE. 与质量团队合作解决客户投诉，并与QE一起实施内部审核； Continuous improvement through the application of lean manufacturing techniques. 通过应用精益制造技术持续改进； Define the forecast of precious metal consumption, monitor the consumption trend and deal with exceptional issues. 确定贵金属消费预测，监控消费趋势并处理异常； Safety control, ERT . 安全控制，ERT； 5S+1. 5S+1； OEE, QCO monitor.
