Job Title – Manager - Business Support - Data Analytics
Key Responsibilities: Analytics & Insights • Analyze data across Certified, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Feedback and business performance. • Identify trends, patterns and opportunities to support strategic decision-making. • Develop meaningful insights from large and complex datasets. • Translate analytics into practical recommendations and actions. • Build and maintain dashboards, reports and management presentations. Measuring Impact • Help establish clear measures of success for talent and learning initiatives. • Assess the effectiveness of Certified programs and development interventions. • Connect learning, engagement, talent and business outcomes. • Support ROI and impact analyses for key HR initiatives. Employee Feedback & Survey Analytics • Analyze EOS and other employee feedback data. • Conduct driver analyses and deep dives into key topics. • Identify actionable insights and areas for improvement. • Support leadership teams in understanding and acting on survey results. Project Management • Manage analytics and improvement projects from concept through implementation. • Coordinate stakeholders across HR, Certified, Talent, Learning and Business functions. • Track progress, manage timelines and ensure delivery of key milestones. • Drive follow-up actions and ensure insights lead to outcomes. Executive Communication • Create concise, executive-ready presentations and summaries. • Present findings and recommendations to senior HR and business leaders. • Simplify complex analyses and communicate key messages clearly. • Prepare materials for leadership forums and management discussions. What We Are Looking For Experience • Several years of experience in analytics, consulting, strategy, HR, People Analytics or a related field. • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into business insights. • Strong project management experience. • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders. Technical Skills • Advanced Excel and Power BI. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience with SQL, Python or similar tools. • Ability to structure and analyze complex information.
