About this role
As a Sourcing Consultant, you will be a key member of our SGU_F&A Ops_FRAC Consulting team, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering exceptional results for our insurance clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our clients' operations and transforming their businesses.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of client requirements and industry trends to identify strategic sourcing opportunities. • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, including market research and supplier identification. • Engage with clients to understand their unique needs and tailor sourcing solutions accordingly. • Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for our clients. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing initiatives with overall business objectives. • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs. • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient procurement processes. • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in strategic sourcing. • Provide regular progress reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement, preferably in the insurance industry. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships. • Proficiency in using sourcing and procurement software tools. • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset. • Willingness to travel as required for client engagements. • A proactive and collaborative approach to team work.
