Industry Knowledge: Possesses deep industry knowledge and stays updated with emerging technologies.

Highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant be responsible in BAU delivery of Applications

Key Responsibilities

• Functional Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements for Supply Chain Management processes. • Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules with sound knowledge of setup documents such as BR100, MD.050, etc. • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios. • Conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions and provide end-user training. • Work closely with technical teams on Integrations, Reports, OTBI, BI Publisher, and extensions. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide oversight of AMS (Application Management Services) support being managed by provider • Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and conduct impact assessments. • Drive stakeholder management and apply strong analytical skills to deliver effective SCM solutions.

• Technical Skills

• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules – Supplier Item Management, Qualification Management, Procurement, RSSP, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, and BIP Reports. • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM setup documents including BR100, MD050, and related documentation standards. • Proficiency in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios. • Good understanding of OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics tools. • Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations, custom extensions, and cross-functional technical delivery. • Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud quarterly update cycle and impact assessment methodology. • Sound understanding of industry-standard frameworks and best practices in Oracle Fusion Cloud.

Strategic thinker with a strong delivery focus, capable of driving success of BAU delivery and projects. Awareness of industry trends

SME of application functionalities and technical components

Monitor application performance and proactively take measures to ensure seamless experience to end users

Manage Enterprise Master data, monitor exceptions

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and create solutions

be responsible for providing PMO support across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering exceptional results

Bachelor Degree in relevant field with 6- 8 years of relevant experience

• Required Experience

• Overall 8-10 years of experience in Finance Systems including 5-6 years in Oracle Fusion SCM Functional modules • Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations across Procurement, Sourcing, or Supply Chain modules. • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience in large-scale enterprise environments.
