Key Responsibilities
• Functional Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Financials to meet complex business requirements. • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Finance Cloud modules, leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud's embedded AI technologies. • Gather and analyse business requirements for financial business processes across GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, and Expense modules. • Provide effective techno-functional support for enterprise financial business processes, troubleshooting issues and optimizing solutions. • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents, and Test Scenarios. • Conduct CRP, SIT, and UAT sessions and provide end-user training. • Collaborate with technical teams for custom reports, interfaces, and extensions. • Support period close and consolidation processes. • Provide oversight of AMS (Application Management Services) and production support activities. • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and conduct impact assessments. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Supply Chain, Global Technology) to ensure seamless integration and alignment. • Work with stakeholders to drive financial process optimization and business outcomes.
• Technical Skills
• Deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials modules – General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Fusion Expense Module, with strong expertise in R2R processes, and working knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR). • Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Financials to address complex enterprise requirements. • Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud's embedded AI technologies within financial modules. • Good understanding of Financial Reporting, OTBI, and BI Publisher for reporting and analytics. • Strong understanding of period close, consolidation, and financial governance processes. • Understanding of Oracle Cloud integrations, custom extensions, and cross-functional technical delivery. • Familiarity with the Oracle Cloud quarterly update cycle and impact assessment methodology. • Sound understanding of industry-standard frameworks and best practices in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.

• Required Experience
• Overall 10-12 years of experience with 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion ERP • Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations across R2R and related financial modules. • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience in large-scale enterprise environments. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chartered Accountancy, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Oracle Fusion Financials Certification preferred. • Exposure to Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud migration projects. • B.Com/MCA/BE/BTech, M.Com, or equivalent preferred. • Program management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage. • Knowledge of AI-driven finance features and Oracle Cloud ERP roadmap.
