Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health Full Time | Horry County, SC Location: Based out of Loris, SC $15,000 Sign-On Bonus Available with a 2-Year Commitment Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse looking for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives? McLeod Home Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care throughout Horry County. This role offers the autonomy to manage your own patient caseload while working as part of a supportive interdisciplinary team committed to excellence in home healthcare. What You'll Do As a Home Health RN, you will:

• Coordinate and manage care for an assigned patient caseload. • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. • Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes. • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and healthcare team members to ensure quality outcomes. • Must be highly adaptable and have the ability to exercise a high degree of initiative and judgement in carrying out work assignments. • Contributes to the overall performance of the department through professional development strategies, including, but not limited to: competency training, clinical preceptor, in service coordination, serving as a mentor in area of clinical expertise. Must have strong physical assessment skills and clinical skills. • Supervise and direct Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) as appropriate. • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with agency, state, and federal regulations. • Promote patient safety, education, and independence while delivering compassionate care. • Must use own car when company transportation is not available for travel to remote sites, often in rural, isolated areas. • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred • Home Health experience highly desirable Licensure & Certifications

• Current South Carolina RN License • Current BLS Certification (American Heart Association) Additional Requirements

• Valid South Carolina driver's license • Current automobile insurance as required by law • Must be at least 21 years old to meet fleet vehicle insurance requirements • Must meet McLeod Health driving eligibility requirements About the Role This position is stationed at the Loris campus but provides home health services throughout Horry County.
