About this role
The Casino Service Supervisor is responsible for the successful operation of the Casino Service department and the Beverage department during their assigned shift. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
• Responsible for verifying jackpots, paying jackpots, completing paper fills and accurately filling out all related paperwork associated with transactions.
• Responsible for the supervision and performance of the Casino Service and Beverage team members.
• Provides training to the team and assists when needed on the casino floor.
• Responsible for assisting with beverage service to our patrons and for the safe distribution of alcohol.
• Knowledge of patron alcohol limitations along with the company policy and procedure regarding limitations.
• Plans, organizes and completes work timely.
• Takes initiative, shows ownership and goes above and beyond to assist guests with their needs.
• Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time. • Walk to various areas of the casino. • Lift up to 50 lbs. and push up to 75 lbs. with assistance. • Must possess ability to learn and operate various computer software programs. • Ability to use all equipment associated with the position including (but not limited to) computers, phones, hand-held radios/headsets, screwdrivers, bar equipment, and cash registers. • The person in this position must have good written and verbal communication skills. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Obtain and maintain a Class C gaming license. • Adhere to all Risk/Safety policies.
• Receive and maintain all required certifications. • Complete all required company training. • Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
• Must be able to work various hours which include, but are not limited to, nights, weekends, and holidays.
