About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team on an overnight construction project. This position will support the field crew with general labor, material handling, site cleanup, and other construction-related tasks while working safely and efficiently during night hours.
ResponsibilitiesPerform general construction labor and physical work on an active job siteLoad, unload, move, and organize construction materials and equipmentAssist carpenters, operators, and other skilled trades as neededPerform demolition, site cleanup, and debris removalUse basic hand and power tools safelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow all safety procedures, site rules, and supervisor instructionsAssist with setup and breakdown of work areasWork efficiently with the crew during overnight operationsPerform additional duties as assigned by the Foreman or SuperintendentRequirements
Previous construction or general labor experience preferredAbility to work overnight shifts consistentlyComfortable performing physically demanding work for extended periodsAbility to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.Familiarity with basic hand and power toolsReliable transportation and dependable attendanceAbility to follow directions and work well as part of a teamMust have appropriate PPE, including work boots and hard hatOSHA 10 is a plus
