Job summary
Julia's House is looking for a highly organised and compassionate Care Team Administrator to provide vital support to our Family Support Services team in Wiltshire and help us deliver the best possible care to children and their families.
In this varied role, you'll provide essential administrative support to the team.
You'll coordinate diaries and appointments, manage communications, maintain accurate records and databases, and support compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role is based at our Devizes hospice and is 30 hours a week.
Occasional weekend working may be required to support Family Support Services and the wider organisation.
Main duties of the job
You'll have: Previous administration experience. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Strong IT and database skills. A professional and confidential approach to handling sensitive information. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.

When a family finds out that their child has a very serious medical condition, which is life-limiting or life-threatening, their world falls apart. Julia's House exists to help these children and their families.

Implement effective and efficient administrative services to support the Family andTeam.
Administer the structure required for the Regulatory Bodies and maintain accurate records of methods, evidence of policies and monitoring of procedures for inspection.
Provide administrative support for all aspects of the Family Support Services Team and as when required, the Care Team (Care Staff).
Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Educated to GCSE / O Level or equivalent standard in English plus a good standard of numeracy
Experience Essential
Experience of working in an administrative role Experience of working with databases, configuring, inputting and data extraction Experience of managing diaries, appointments and compiling rotas Experience of working to deadlines
Desirable
Experience of taking minutes Experience of working or volunteering within the not for profit sector
