• Temporary deviations to the daily work location(s) may occur in order to meet district requirements.
• Routinely check buildings and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safety. Inform supervisor of any deficiencies.
• Be familiar with all materials and equipment used in preventative maintenance of the building and grounds.
• Properly clean and maintain all areas of responsibility to the level of sanitation and safety that is determined and governed by supervisor and state and federal laws.
• Must be in good physical health, capable of lifting up to 50lbs, working at various heights, and perform various types of physical labor for an 8 hour shift.
• Must be able to provide proof of immunization if born on or after 1/1/1957
• High School diploma or equivalent (documentation required at time of application).
• Required to have a valid First Aid card including CPR and training for HIV/AIDS procedures.
• Successful Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation Fingerprint Clearance.
