Essential Job Functions:
• Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance work using the CMMS.
• Develop detailed job plans including labor, parts, tools, and safety requirements.
• Maintain an organized backlog of planned maintenance work (2–4 weeks).
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Production to minimize downtime.
• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are current, effective, and properly documented.
• Verify parts availability and coordinate with the storeroom and purchasing.
• Maintain accurate equipment records, asset structures, and maintenance data in CMMS.
• Track and support maintenance performance metrics including PM compliance and schedule adherence.
• Support reliability improvements by identifying maintenance gaps and failure trends.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety standards including LOTO and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Preferred experience using a CMMS (SAP, Maximo, eMaint, or similar)
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel
• Experience in automotive or Tier 1 manufacturing
• Previous maintenance planning or maintenance lead experience
• Associate degree or technical training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical field
• Strong understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance
• Experience supporting reliability or continuous improvement initiatives
Education:
• Associate degree or technical training in maintenance, electrical, or mechanical field, or equivalent experience.
Physical Requirements:
• Combination of office and production floor environment
• Frequent interaction with maintenance and production teams
• Ability to walk production floor regularly
