About this role
What You Can Expect:
What you'll actually do:
• Own strategic projects end-to-end, from a few lines brief to a delivered result you can point to. • Turn ambiguity into a plan: break unstructured problems into a roadmap teams can execute against. • Coordinate across functions including tech and business stakeholders as well as clear the blockers that slow them down. • Spot risks early and adjust the plan before they become fire drills. • Track whether the work actually moved the metric it was meant to and keep the executive leadership clearly in the loop.
What success looks like in your first 6 months:
• You've delivered at least one strategic project that leadership can name. • Teams you coordinate know exactly what they're doing and why. • At least one AI or automation experiment has gone from idea to running pilot.
What You Bring:
What we're looking for:
• 3–5 years running complex projects where the path wasn't laid out for you. • Comfort with ambiguity, but you impose structure on it - you don't just tolerate it. • Sharp prioritisation and analytical thinking under real constraints. • Strong communication: you can make a case to an engineer and to an executive in the same afternoon.
Nice to have:
• Real curiosity about AI and automation tools (you already play with them) • PMP, CAPM, or Certified ScrumMaster. • Experience near a strategy, innovation, or corporate-development team.
