What You Can Expect:
• Coordinate with Local Pricing, Procurement, overseas offices, and agents to obtain relevant rates and tariff information. • Prepare and submit accurate quotations based on Sales requirements in a timely manner. • Follow up on quotations with customers and Sales teams to obtain feedback and business updates, while maintaining records in the Ticketing System. • Provide customer feedback and market insights to the Pricing and Procurement teams. • Handle commercial and pricing-related escalations pertaining to quotations. • Utilize internal systems and tools, including the Ticketing System, Tariff and Rate Tools, to support pricing activities.
What You Bring:
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the freight forwarding business or related fields; • Prior regional exposure, with experience in handling local tenders, spot quotations, and liaising with overseas offices/agents for shipment activation; • Strong verbal and written communication skills; • Good team player; • Possess a positive and customer-oriented mindset
