Then this could be your next step. As an Orbital Welder in Wijchen, you will work on high-precision stainless steel piping and gas distribution systems used in the semiconductor and high-tech industries. You will weld thin-walled stainless steel components where every weld needs to meet strict quality standards. You will work in a clean and advanced production environment, using technical drawings and precise welding procedures to manufacture components that are essential to complex high-tech systems. Your responsibilities include: - Performing orbital welding on thin-walled stainless steel tubes with diameters of 5-20 mm; - Welding stainless steel piping and components with wall thicknesses of 0.5-2.0 mm; - Preparing and forming piping before the welding process; - Independently clamping, aligning and checking workpieces; - Working according to cleanroom procedures and strict quality standards; - Reading and interpreting technical drawings; - Checking your own work and performing quality inspections; - Ensuring every weld meets the required specifications. Functie-eisen You have several years of experience in a technical production or welding environment and feel comfortable working in an environment where quality is a top priority. You work accurately, keep an overview, and know how to make the right decisions even under time pressure. You take responsibility and don't leave problems unresolved, but tackle them in a focused and solution-oriented way.
