Position Responsibilities: Partner Enablement Strategy & Program Leadership
• Lead the strategy, design, and execution of partner enablement programs aligned to Deltek's go-to-market priorities and business objectives.
• Develop scalable learning paths, certifications, playbooks, and resources that accelerate partner readiness and effectiveness.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to stakeholders by providing recommendations, insights, and enablement strategies that improve business outcomes.
• Ensure enablement programs support the full partner lifecycle, from onboarding and readiness through adoption and long-term success.
• Continuously evaluate and improve enablement programs to ensure they deliver measurable business value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Influence
• Partner closely with Alliances, Sales, Product Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify enablement needs and drive alignment.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing recommendations, insights, and enablement strategies that improve partner outcomes.
• Influence decisions and drive alignment across stakeholder groups without direct authority.
• Develop executive-ready communications, recommendations, and status updates that connect enablement initiatives to business impact.
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• Establish success metrics and measurement frameworks that evaluate readiness, engagement, adoption, and business impact.
• Analyze partner performance data, program feedback, and field insights to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce friction, improve scalability, and enhance the partner experience.
• Demonstrate the value of enablement investments through measurable business outcomes.
Enablement Operations & Technology
• Manage and optimize partner enablement platforms, learning technologies, and content repositories.
• Maintain governance processes that ensure content quality, consistency, and accessibilit
• Utilize approved AI tools to improve content development, knowledge management, and operational efficiency while adhering to company policies and data privacy standards.
Qualifications: Required Experience • Experience designing and executing partner, sales, or customer enablement programs that drive measurable business outcomes. • Experience supporting partner ecosystems, indirect go-to-market motions, or cross-functional readiness initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions without direct authority. • Experience creating scalable programs, processes, assets, and frameworks that improve organizational capability. • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to deliver executive-ready recommendations and updates. • Experience measuring program effectiveness and using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement. Core Competencies • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect enablement initiatives to business objectives and partner outcomes. • Proven ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and drive decisions across teams without direct authority. • Skilled at translating stakeholder feedback, business needs, and strategic priorities into actionable programs and solutions. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences. • Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using insights, metrics, and feedback to measure effectiveness and inform decisions. • Resourceful problem solver with strong attention to detail and a track record of delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications • Experience developing certification programs, learning journeys, or structured readiness frameworks. • Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, professional services, and/or channel-driven business models. • Experience supporting government contracting organizations or partners serving the GovCon market. • Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint and the operational, financial, and compliance requirements of government contractors. • Understanding of key government contracting concepts such as DCAA compliance, indirect rates, project accounting, contract management, and audit readiness.

Compensation Info: The U.S. salary range for this position is $54,000.00-$95,000.00. This range is subject to change as Deltek takes a number of factors into consideration when determining individual base pay, such as location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including incentive compensation and equity.
