We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Temporary Recruiter to join our team and support our recruitment activities during a period of increased hiring demand.
About the Role
The Temporary Recruiter will support end-to-end recruitment activities, with a strong focus on high-volume hiring and ensuring vacancies are filled with quality candidates within the required timelines.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Recruitment, HR, and Operations teams to source, screen, assess, and coordinate candidates throughout the recruitment process.
This is a temporary position designed to provide additional recruitment support based on current business and hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies.
• Source candidates through recruitment platforms, social media, referrals, databases, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and operational stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support current and upcoming hiring requirements.
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and meet agreed hiring targets and timelines.
• Advertise vacancies across relevant recruitment channels.
• Proactively network and headhunt candidates for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records across recruitment systems and trackers.
• Provide regular recruitment updates on pipeline, interview outcomes, offers, and expected joining dates.
• Support offer management and candidate engagement through to onboarding.
• Conduct reference and background checks where required.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to minimize dropouts and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Ensure recruitment processes are conducted consistently and in line with Quantanite's recruitment standards and requirements.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a BPO, contact center, high-volume recruitment, or recruitment agency environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple vacancies and recruitment pipelines simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Experience with high-volume and fast-paced recruitment is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver against tight hiring timelines.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working with recruitment systems, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
• Good command of English.
• A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is advantageous.
