About this role

Currently hiring a Recruiting Business Partner within a fast-paced Talent Acquisition team, focusing on technical and corporate roles. You will act as a strategic advisor to hiring partners, owning the full lifecycle of the closing and offer process, including immigration, pre-boarding, and on-boarding activities. The role requires strong data-driven decision-making, expert use of modern ATS and AI tools, and the ability to manage a high volume of candidates while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.Responsibilities

• Partner closely with hiring managers and candidates throughout the closing and offer process to ensure smooth and timely hiring decisions. • Provide data-driven counsel to hiring managers on compensation, leveling, and overall offer strategy to support informed and consistent decisions. • Drive an outstanding candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and efficient offer workflows. • Manage immigration cases and collaborate with internal immigration teams to support timely visa sponsorships and transfers. • Own the offer process end-to-end, including securing approvals, generating offer documents, extending offers, and leading negotiations. • Handle pre-boarding questions from new hires and coordinate on-boarding logistics to ensure a seamless transition into the organization. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data integrity across all requisitions. • Facilitate interview debrief discussions and help calibrate interviewers to maintain a consistent hiring bar. • Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements that increase recruiting velocity and enhance quality of hire. • Use ATS and AI-driven tools extensively to manage sourcing, candidate engagement, and tracking from initial contact through offer and hire. • Collaborate effectively with a globally dispersed recruiting and business partner team while working independently day-to-day. • Handle high-volume corporate and business partner requisitions, balancing multiple stakeholders and priorities. Essential Skills

• Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, closing, and managing offers for technical and corporate roles. • Recent, hands-on experience heavily using AI tools and modern applicant tracking systems (ATS) for candidate engagement and pipeline management. • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter as a primary sourcing and engagement platform. • Experience using in-house ATS systems to track candidate information from sourcing through offer and hire. • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a globally dispersed team. • Experience handling high-volume recruiting for corporate candidates and business partners. • Strong skills in providing data-driven guidance on compensation, leveling, and offer strategies. • Ability to manage immigration-related recruiting processes in partnership with internal immigration teams. • Excellent communication skills to drive a structured, transparent, and timely candidate experience. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate pipeline data and ensure data integrity across requisitions. Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Background in recruiting, sourcing, marketing, or sales within a talent acquisition or related environment. • Experience facilitating interview debriefs and calibrating interviewers to maintain consistent hiring standards. • Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance recruiting efficiency and quality of hire. • Comfort working in a high-visibility role that involves frequent interaction with business stakeholders and hiring partners. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Work EnvironmentRole is 100% onsite in Seattle, WA Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
