Salary: £65,000 - 105,000 per year
Requirements: We are ideally looking for 5-10 years experience in developing impairment models.We are looking for strong experience in team leadership roles.We need proficiency in analytical tools, specifically Python.Graduate-level education is preferable, ideally in a numerical degree or equivalent work experience.We need a proven ability to interpret and comply with regulatory requirements.We are looking for proven experience in influencing, negotiation, and relationship management.We value being organised, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to switch between tasks seamlessly.We need strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.We are looking for excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Responsibilities: We will own the end-to-end development, execution, and maintenance of IFRS 9 models.We will work closely with stakeholders to ensure model developments meet business requirements.We will produce detailed model documentation, including methodology, assumptions, and limitations.We will monitor model performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure accuracy and stability.We will collaborate with model validation teams to address findings and ensure our models are robust.
