Salary: £66,000 - 106,000 per year
Requirements: Proficient in Python, with experience in automation and building data pipelines.Strong expertise in DBT and Airflow for ETL processes.Skilled in using REST APIs to develop and manage data integrations.Proficient in SQL and familiar with data visualization tools such as Looker, Superset, PowerBI, or Tableau.Familiarity with security frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST, and the concept of continuous control monitoring (CCM) is a bonus.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive data-based decision-making.Critical thinking skills to help stakeholders define what to measure and ensure data reflects control operating effectiveness.Excellent strategic thinking with the ability to build trust and influence across teams.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to improving data processes and analytics. Responsibilities: Build, optimise, and maintain data pipelines using Python, REST APIs, DBT, and Airflow to support compliance and risk management.Partner closely with control owners across security domains to translate compliance and testing requirements into measurable metrics, SLAs, and continuous monitoring dashboards.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine KPIs for monitoring compliance and risk across IT systems.Use data to identify opportunities to improve compliance processes, mitigate risks, and drive efficiency across the organisation.
