About this role

Salary: £52,000 - 92,000 per year

Requirements: We are looking for an established consulting professional with experience delivering projects focused on AI governance, responsible AI, AI risk management, model governance, or emerging technology regulation within the private sector.We ideally want experience consulting with Life Sciences, Government, or Consumer & Manufacturing sector clients.We are looking for someone with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.We need someone who enjoys collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.We want proven experience with AI governance frameworks, policies, controls, and operating models.We need experience interpreting and applying AI-related regulations, standards, and guidance, such as the EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO/IEC 23894, OECD AI Principles, and emerging regulatory requirements.We want experience conducting AI risk assessments, model governance reviews, algorithmic impact assessments, or responsible AI evaluations.We need familiarity with AI lifecycle governance, including controls relating to model development, validation, deployment, monitoring, explainability, transparency, accountability, and human oversight.We want experience working with Generative AI technologies and associated governance considerations, including data usage, intellectual property, security, privacy, bias, and model risk.We need the ability to understand client organisations and business models and tailor AI governance approaches to strategic, operational, and regulatory requirements.We need the ability to communicate effectively with business, legal, compliance, risk, IT, security, data science, and engineering stakeholders on AI governance and responsible AI matters.We want an analytical mindset focused on producing quality work in a results-oriented environment.Desirable: experience implementing governance tooling, AI inventory solutions, model risk management platforms, or GRC technologies.Desirable: experience with data governance, privacy, cyber security, model risk management, or technology risk disciplines.Desirable: knowledge of machine learning and Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models.Desirable: relevant certifications such as ISO 42001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, IAPP AIGP, CRISC, CISM, CISSP, AWS/Azure AI certifications, or equivalent.Desirable: experience defining AI governance processes, committees, policies, standards, controls, and reporting frameworks.Desirable: experience supporting AI governance programmes within highly regulated sectors. Responsibilities: We work with clients to design, implement, and operationalise AI governance frameworks.We contribute to internal initiatives within our Digital & Data community.We help clients navigate emerging AI regulations, standards, and guidance while enabling innovation and business value.We facilitate workshops, governance forums, risk assessments, and operating model design activities with senior stakeholders.We work to agile best practices and collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and stakeholders.We engage in live in-person whiteboarding sessions and asynchronous communication to solve problems as a team.We support clients across a broad variety of projects and technology stacks.We contribute to knowledge-sharing, coaching, mentoring, and collaborative support within our tech community.
