About the Role The Medical Scribe / Clinical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting providers and delivering an exceptional patient experience. This position combines clinical documentation, patient care support, and administrative coordination to ensure efficient clinic operations and high-quality patient care. Observe patient-physician interactions and accurately transcribe patient notes into each patient’s electronic health record Enter ICD codes, write orders or referrals on behalf of the licensed healthcare provider Document care provided, tests ordered, prescriptions issued, care plan Adhere to HIPAA laws You’ll be great for this role if you have: At least 1 year of scribing experience Completion of a medical scribe certificate Experience with transcription Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
